Hi Paul-Imp - Doing a Liver Flush now would probably make things worse rather than better. The reason is that constipation is caused by a colon that is clogged and can't eliminate waste properly. Doing another Liver Flush would only dump more toxins into your already-congested colon, and make the constipation worse.

The best thing you can do is some colon cleansing. This will alleviate your constipation. To learn more about this, read "The Detox Book" by Bruce Fife, ND.
