yes ,yes, and yes ..to all the above LOL..I am 40 and falling apart it seems ..am sensitive to many herbs/therapies too so there is not much that I can take
except I can take IF#1 and #2 garlic/cay/ech... cant take superfood at this time so I am kinda limited

I am a worrier too..and yes I have tension in the back of my neck shoulder area ..

thinking my thyroid is outta whack too due to I take shivering spells at times and I cannot get warm to save my life ... am really sensitive to the cold and its really hard for me to loose any weight at all without cutting out breads/pasta/carbs...

I am a mess for sure
