And you did not research autoimmunity. Tell all of us how the diet both destroys autoimmune pathogens and regulates the immune response.

You are probably still sick, that is why you spew out so much of this Auto Immune BS.

And you clearly ASSUME way too much rather than rely on real evidence. If you check my postings you would have known that I am not sick with anything. I had allergies as a baby, which I outgrew when I was 5 and have not had any chronic illnesses since. The last time I went to the doctor I was 16 and that was merely for a simple upper respiratory infection.

You want to calm down a hyperactive immune system

As I said you need to research the facts. Autoimmunity IS NOT from a hyperactive immune system. It is a suppression of the immune system. This is why things that suppress immunity, such as stress, stimulants and steroids make autoimmune conditions worse.

And in order to cure a disease properly it really helps to understand the disease. So far the information on psoriasis, eczema and autoimmunity have all been wrong. Therefore you just keep providing us with more links to avoid since they are obviously full of bogus information. So thanks for that.
