Uhhhh, . . . opposing thumbs? (Just kidding.) I can't argue with your metaphors.

I'm just saying that raw diets are all relevant, not absolute.
I often suggest a raw veggie diet to those demonstrating excessive heat in their body. Often times, it's a mixture of steamed/raw. Personally, I do well with a good leafy, green, raw salad plus a steamed side veggie of . . . say . . . steamed broccoli with a hollandaise sauce.
