I've done several Liver Flushes and I did do a kidney cleanse before (barefoot's remedy). I've read a lot about getting rid of kidney stones, which I don't think I have. What I want to know is how to strengthen my kidneys - I may be wrong but I would think this is different than just dissolving stones?

I have a lot of recurring lower back pain, and swollen eyelids especially in the mornings.

What should I do?
