Do you know why he claimed you were never his patient? Did he make some kind of mistake on your treatment?

I tried the Hyland's 10% Calendula Ointment, but it made my lips too mushy to heal. Maybe it was due to the petrolatum with lanolin base. However, there are other Calendula products that have a glycerin base. Or there is the pure calendula extract liquid.
