Classic candida case. It's one of the body's warning signs for showing you whats on the inside. The skin is a picture of the internal environment.

Despite the cleanses that doesn't really address the yeast overgrowth.

To correct: Anti-candida diet (Body Ecology Diet is good)
Start taking probiotics daily/ or add cultured vegetables. or even better take both. (20 Billion CFU's 2 or 3 x daily)

It may take around 2-3 months to completely correct a yeast infection like Candida because its such a pain.
