You're in the beginnings moderate of AF. AF starts with high cortisol and then as the adrenals start to wear out, low cortisol. Right now, you have a mix of high and low. The low's are still in range -- which is good, 'cause they could be lower. YOu want to treat the high times with phosphdityl serine, zinc or holy basil. Especially at night. High cortisol at night causes really bad insomnia. Your noon range could be a little higher, treat with some isocort or licorice.

At this stage of AF, you feel lousy in the am and start to feel better in the evening and wake up multiple times at night, right?

Your AF isn't too bad at this point. Did you test by any chance before you started supporting the adrenals?

It takes time to heal adrenals. I've been at it for about a year now. I'm really close to starting to sleep better, but I feel like the walking dead mostly. I have spurts of energy for about maybe 2 hours.

Went out with some friends last night, had pizza and saw a movie and got home after 10. I'm like death warmed over today. Needed to go grocery shopping, couldn't muster up the energy to do it.
