Thanks Tom; I had been wondering about that. I was feeling pretty weak (and it wasn't a full blown fast - I was taking RevitalX leaky gut formula which has some hypoallergenic pea protein in it); I have started eating again, you'll see in my recent replies. Yesterday was itchy reactions to everything - today is less so. I'm really trying not to mix foods that shouldn't be mixed, and continue taking Aloe Vera juice which I find nice.

Thanks for the thoughts on colon cleansing and sequence of detoxing. I am indeed looking at different colon options, including something gentle enough to begin with (cellulose fiber powder, not psyllium, so as to avoid aggravating the gut with the wrong sort of fiber)...then perhaps something stronger, later.
