The Magnesium Citrate 10 oz. is given in the hospital as a
bowel prep so it is fine to take it all at once. But go to the
top and type in Mag. Citrate and find how some have done it.
I think a couple of people take a half bottle 2 hr. before
their flush and take the rest in the A.M after. Epsom Salts has
worked the best for me in spite of the awful taste.
