This is in response to ginagirl's post. I am borderline hypothyroid according to tests so I don't have anyone forcing me to take meds in fact, if I want to take meds I have to go to someone not covered by my insurance. The meds never seemed to help me so I'm hoping that Iodine is the answer. I also really want to get pregnant soon. As for the Hashimoto's one of the best things I did to help reduce antibodies was to go on a gluten free diet.
