Choosing spirituality? How is there any separation from it? Spirituality isn't a belief system although many try to make it seem that way. It is part and parcel of existence. What one chooses as the experience as part of this existence is up to them.

Of course one could try and reduce it to a 12 step program or some other cookie cutter filter and atempt to give it a "spiritual"label. That misses the point.

Some try and maximize their life experience while others try to escape from it and the notion of mind altogether. Their are infinite variations. It's ALL "spiritual." Unless of course one fools themselves in believing in some kind of separation.

My spirituality is summed up in tow words. Can you guess what they are by now?

Within in that paradigm I can bend and flow, change and experience without restrictions.
