I have many symptoms, they all seem related and keep getting worse, it's all connected.

1. Cystic acne

Acne is bacterial. Propionibacterium acnes in high levels leads to white blood cells trying to control the bacteria, and thus the pus formation. Excessive levels of androgens can aggravate acne, so getting the hormones under control is essential;

And maintain the skin's acid mantle:

2. Fatigue
3. Low Blood Pressure
4. When I get up, I feel dizzy and see black in my eyes, pressure behind eyes and pressure in my head (pounding)
4a. Also poor blurry vision /dark circles under eyes

The fatigue could have a number of reasons. But combined with the low blood pressure, orthostatic hypotension, the blurry vision and the dark circles under the eyes this sounds like adrenal dysfunction. The adrenals maintain energy and proper blood pressure through epinephrine release. Vision can be affected by stress induced by poor adrenal function, which leads to over contraction of the muscles around the eye. This pulls the globe of the eye out of shape blurring the vision. The dark circles are often referred to as "allergy shiners" since they are often associated with allergies. Allergies stem from insufficient levels of antihistamine and antileukotriene epinephrine and anti-inflammatory and immune modulating corticosteroids.

Here is more on the orthostatic hypotension , allergies and the adrenals:

5. Dandruff

I have covered this in the past as well:

6. Muscles weakness

Again there could be a number of reasons for this including medications (especially statins for cholesterol), hyperparathyroidism leading to excess serum calcium, ATP deficiencies.........

7. Stomach issues (major) - can't eat acidic foods

This could be because of gastritis or possible ulceration or H. pylori infection.

8. Every time I eat, my face itches,I get new acne right away (leaky gut?)

You are probably damaging the skin allowing the bacteria to take hold in the injured areas.

9. UNDERWEIGHT - poor appetite, can't gain weight

Same possibilities I listed on 7, or possibly some other infection in the intestines.

10. No sexdrive= 0

Likely due to a hormone imbalance, especially high progesterone that kills the sex drive. Again I recommend cleansing the liver with bitters first to help get hormone levels under control.
