Actually, I think we do know... Just too little, too late.

I'm pretty sure the key is to kick its ass, hard, in the early stages, like this guy's, when you're still scratching your head about why the hell a bowl of grains just made you feel awful or why on earth your penis is itchy all of a sudden.

What we've got is just generally spread too far around our bodies - treatment now takes ungodly amounts of time, discipline, and will to weather the sideFX, and all too few of us have that combination of traits to begin with.
