How about we paid Doctors only when they were successful and only paid for drugs when they worked?  Do you think we might see more healing and less managed illness for profits?

If not for big money payoffs and influence that has forced our health freedoms to be slaves to "approved" medicine and the insurance racket, the managed illness system in its present form would collapse.
