Hi, I think the ES are the best way to go even though they are so disgusting!! I put them in capsules now because I can't take the taste of them, it works very well.
I experimented a while back by doing a flush without ES and I did get stones out, but because my bowels were not "running" as they do with the ES, I felt pretty sick for a day or two because all the toxins were trapped inside me. I also felt nauseous when taking the OO (Olive-Oil) and GF drink. I never tried this way again, I don't think it is good.
As Hanna said, they won't hurt the kidneys, and the white stuff that came out might be mucous or parasites? Probably parasites?? Depends what it looked like, but someone else will know better than me about this one.
