thanks johanna, that makes me feel better that Epsom Salts are not harming the kidneys, the stuff is really nasty but i can suck it up as long as its not doing any harm. i've already stopped using the Epsom Salts in the morning, i just can't stomach it after a restless night and feeling nauseous. but i will try and continue to use them to open the bile ducts before taking the OO (Olive-Oil) mixture. thanks so much! oh any advice on stone softeners?
