I did not say that they do not offer some benefit sometimes, although as soon as you cease taking them those benefits will in a day or two discontinue. What I did say was that probiotics do not implant or permanently colonize. If they Implanted permanently you would not have to continue taking them. Try discontinuing their use and see what happens. Also, go back and read what I stated.
