I don't see why you can't mix it with honey. You could get a capsule filling machine - iherb.com has one. I finally broke down and bought one and LOVE IT. Now I can fill my daughter's salt capsules quickly and have 50 on hand in a manner of minutes. She takes the salt capsules as part of the Iodine protocol. I also made me up a batch of bone, flesh and cartilage capsules from bulk powder mix I ordered.

I can't answer your question about pinches of Wormwood , but, if you pop over to humaworm.com and post an email to them, I'd bet they'd answer your question. I found a link* on Wormwood capsules and protocol: and they're talking 200-300mg per capsule. That's about half of most herbal capsules - most are usually 450 mg. I have a set of measuring spoons for smidgen, pinch and dash and my pinch measures out about 1/2 of my dash spoon and a dash is about 1/2 of my 1/4 teaspoon, so a pinch would be 1/4 of 1/4 teaspoon, right?
