Sorry to contradict you and blackfeather, you are wrong. If no probiotics, yoghurt or kefir or implants could restore gut flora once it has been damaged by Antibiotics , then we would be stuck with candida for the rest of our lives.

Scientific testing (VSL for example have done a few experiments on their products) has established that probiotics supplementation is efficient. And dozens of people who have gotten better on this forum or other Candida Forum s can testify that gut flora can be restored. Maybe not fully, some beneficial strains once wiped may never be restored, but I think it is possible to get levels of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria back up.
