i also had difficulty in drinking the mixture, what it works for me is , drink the OO (Olive-Oil) first like 150-175 ml then follow Follow immediately with 125-150 ml Lemon juice, No problem anymore, no nausea, sometimes 20-30 minutes later i will take anothers drink
