You might give coconut oil a try on the hypoglycemia, while addressing the PH. My doctor prescribed it after seeing it cure diabetes and it cured my hypo years ago. I suffered with it terribly.

I have a friend who was a former competitive body builder and had hypoglycemia for years and I just learned the other day that he did away with it 100% by heavily alkalinizing his system (he used lemon juice in water all day, among other things), which is an interesting case considering you are seeking to alkalinize. He was all the way Atkins Diet (modified) for decades to maintain it. Very relieved.
