Many of the people entangled in the Ramtha cult say they came away with many good things. What one of the main complaint is, is that Knight is faking the channeling of Ramtha to gain a fortune. Much of the info is good even if it seems to be borrowed. There is some goofy stuff mixed in too.
Again never throw the baby out with the bath water.
