I dont know of any classes as such - I wish there were some in my area (-:
I think Im right in saying that you need to follow the raw diet before doing the point holding - would the classes relate to that maybe? Or it could just be to make sure people know exactly what they might be in for with the point holding?
It was suggested to me to read How We Heal by Douglas Morrison before anything else and read as much as possible on the subject. I had a set of 12 dvds and an introduction video prior to all of that too and aquired some audio cds along the way also.
