I was listening last night to Jerry Brunetti's lecture (the link that Newport provided) and I remember him mentioning herpes-family viruses as being critical to deal with - if I remember well, he mentioned that all of us carry them, we might not get any symptoms but they still cause damage.

Very good information - he dealt with H.lymphoma cancer himself and shares all excellent things about this and his other findings/research that he's done:
