I see them on my stool until a few days after starting the Vermox. I can feel them crawling out of anus then feel a pin prick. From what I've read, they attach themselves to the skin when laying eggs. I see pin pricks all around my anus and unless I keep the area covered with anti itch ream I get a nasty reaction to them. I often feel 5 or 6 crawling around in the evening. They are not active in the morning but are in the afternoon and evening.

What else they could be?

Honestly, I've read a huge amount on the subject and am doing everything I can but am at a loss.

Do you have any suggestions?
