* Sounds like you must've lost some weight after all that. Did you? I've never seen anything noteworthy
in any of the flushes or cleanses that I've done [and that pleases me].

* So it seems to happen occasionally. Maybe it's the liver heating up to kill bacteria and other pathogens,
