Hi guys,
Im vegetarian have been for about 2 years... i have also recently been diagnosed with IBS.
I wanted to try the Blood Type Diet , but i couldn't bring myslef to eat meat.
Would it be ok to eat lots of fish instead? And how does Tuna rank- Benificial??? because its not listed in the book .
