It isn't colloidal silver that combines with chloride to form silver chloride, it is ionic silver.  Most products that call themselves colloidal silver are actually 85 to 99 percent ionic silver produced by electrolysis.  See:

As far as I know, only Purest Colloids and Utopia Silver make true colloidal silver products.

I do agree that nebulizing is an excellent way to go - and I prefer nebulizing much more than just using a nasal sprayer, though a nasal sprayer is a good idea if you don't have a nebulizer.  When you nebulize, and to a lesser extent, spray then it matters less whether or not you are using ionic or true colloidal silver.  Particle size remains of utmost importance, however, and the ionic process tends to make much larger particles than does the colloidal silver processes used by the aforementioned companies (the smaller the particle the better, since you get more surface area per PPM).
