Hi NL: If you mix your DREADED Epsom Salts with the fresh grapefruit juice it will go down sooooo much easier. I didn't mind it at all, in fact took another dose. Probably because I was dehydrated because I didn't think I could drink water during the flush. Oh well, we all must learn.................GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!
