Sunday - Day 28: Liver Flush preparation Today I am preparing for a liver flush. I will eat normally today until after lunch making sure to include malic acid capsules with every meal or drink. I will then switch to Master-Cleanse lemonades - simply because I have a bunch of lemons left, and drink those until tomorrow afternoon, when I will do the double flush protocal. This entails Epsom Salts in apple juice three times, a drink of EV Olive-Oil and grapefruit juice at midnight, more Epsom Salts and apple juice at 6 or 8 am , followed in two hours by another drink of the grapefruit and olive oil mix and then more Epsom Salts in AJ. I am hoping that I will get out stones and plan to take pictures. I even have a movie on DVD in case I can't sleep.

Monday - Day 29: Liver Flush prep day 2 The lemonades are still very tasty to me. Could not bring myself to skip dinner... so onward to prep day 3.

Tuesday - Day 30: Liver Flush prep day 3 Still taking malic acid caps ... really feel it working in the liver area. Stopped eating at 4pm. Did the protocal at night.. epsom salts make me want to run out of my skin - even dissolved in apple juice. Major Blech!!! Could not rinse my mouth enough! Slept okay...

Wednesday - Day 31: Liver Flush 3 results ... till 7:30 when I took the last EP and AJ mixture... slept again and had a HORRIBLE dream. Woke just before 10 - almost skipped the last Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil and Grapefruit juice.. until I passed these ROCKS!! I was stunned and excited and whooping it up for awhile.. Then I calmed down and took pictures. I saw that I had passed alot of little stones the evening before, and had even passed some larger ones - but they had been so large I figured they had to be just poop and did not even turn on the light to look around the time I took the first Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil mix. LOL So, so far the count is around 50 - with two batches of sizable green rocks - these are much larger and quite firm and they look like parts of even larger rocks that have been broken up! And of course I feel totally FABULOUS!!! Yay!!
If you are at all anxious about doing liver flushes, please relax, follow the protocal, make sure to eat lots of apples, apple cider vinegar, apple juice and or malic acid capsules for a few days before hand. Include the dreaded epsom salts and get yourself a cheapo cheapo colander. It is so worth it!!

And you can compare the new pics to the ones fromt he first flush - I took a couple shots of them in the colandar for that reason.
