Yes to this thread, and so I.C. you have recipes for "own stuff", and by frequency you mean rife? I am so much for powering up with intent and getting beyond the physical, after 4 years of extreme focus on the physical to try and not die. I am annoyed at this point with the body's incessant demand for attention, like a child. I see how asleep we have all been, like the Eloi in The Time Machine.
What 3 books do you think he took ?
