Hi. If the strong urine smell kinda smells like old urine (like when you walk through some nursing homes) then it is ammonia. It sounds like you hit paydirt on the parasites. Congratulations! If you have eaten any tomatoes lately, even in something like salsa, the little red sticks could be rolled up pieces of tomato skins. Otherwise, they may be dead flukes as in liver flukes as they often roll up when dead. Let us know please if the liver soreness goes away now.
