Um thats me : ) Between using sulfur products and the tanning bed I have kicked the mites in the butt. And dont forget the all important diet and cleansing. I made some great improvments juicing and master cleansing with my skin. But I like to use the tanning bed at least once a week. It has helped A LOT! I just wish tanning beds werent soo bad for us. I cringe when I think about the wrinkles!!!!

(the biggest thing was the sulfur!!)
