Thanks everyone. I should point out, that it's still a daily battle, just yesterday I had hives again (and a few tears). I figured out it was the brand of coffee I had. For SOME reason, that brand gives me hives and I had a bit of it left in the fridge and forgot it was THAT coffee. (only thing I can figure is that there is mold on the coffee? I dunno)

Anyway, I never had a white coated tongue, it wasn't bright pink, but pale pink. I can't point to 1 thing that was most important, it all has to be addressed. If I had just eaten the yogurt initially, it wouldn't have addressed the parasites or candida. It can only help once you've knocked down the levels of candida.

Off to have some yerba mate tea, that has helped too. I do hope I continue to improve along with everyone else.
