the name of some of those links made me laugh. i'm so happy i can laugh about it a little. it's fake hormones all together that makes us sick. i took provera for a week and couldn't decide if i should or could eat anything because my belly hurt so bad.

i feel so much better. i missed my doctor appointment yesterday. i take wild yam root and so far it seems to have fixed all of my lingering problems. a week a i started getting compliments on my make up again lol i haven't been wearing make up. i feel pretty again and healthy. my doctors are impressed with my weight loss. i am in control of my health now and that makes me feel even better.
