Do you think this protocol, SE/DGL and teas(minus the MMS) might be a suitable 'prep' for cleansing? Would it make one constipated if that was already an issue?

:::grin::: I think the tried, time-honored & proven protocols of the three greatest & consistently most successful healers that ever walked the face of the earth (that we know of) always take precendence over the suggestions, testimonies & 'theories' of any CZ poster, website, author or anybody else that doesn't have the 'mileage' and track record of Schulze/Gerson/Christopher.

Give it a try if you wanna; (sorry), but I don't have the time to research these kinds of "optionals" when I'm still learning about Gerson/Christopher/Schulze (and how to "upgrade" their protocols to fit into the challenges we face today).
