What kind of diet do you want to keep for life??? I agree it isn't good idea to come back to a junk diet but I also don't see right and healthy to be in a anticandida diet for life. An smart diet without tons of sugar, refined carbohydrates and sweets is ok but still you have fruits, yogurts, no Sugar add ice creams, and low carbohydrates products. To be the rest of my life eating proteins and vegetables don't make any sense for me and is not healthy either.
