Chris,

The forum title is "The Omnivore - Raw Diet, Raw Meat, Raw Fish, Raw Eggs, Fruit, Salads, Nuts ...".

I think clearly that adding such a thread, to wit animal protein causes diabetes will serve to incite. Further you admit to eating chicken and fish. There is no difference in eating meat cooked or raw in any form, you're still a consumer of animal flesh. Somehow this rationalization has escaped most of your comments.

Next time unless you're phishing put a little common sense in posting, especially since you said you don’t want to debate.

As far as dogmas are concerned, most religious foodists, be they vegetarian or vegan or fruititarian soon discover that they are not sustainable. Those most fervent in the food dogma of choice simply haven't reached that point or refuse to accept that ultimately it leads to an un-healthy state.

Many people were ardent followers of Bragg, Sinclair, Ehert, Wigmore, etc long before you decided to start water fasting. Good for you. It may interest you to know that most of those died long before they realized their dreams and/or were shocked to learn that their principles just didn't hold forth in the long run. Bragg is a good example,
a man who said he favored vegetarianism but who was seen eating meat in restaurants. There are many other murky/sketchy details about him that have led to his discredit.

The point is anyone for the right or wrong reasons can become a guru, it simply does not mean in principle that he/she is moral or operating with a degree of righteousness.

Gary Null made a lot of money espousing the vegetarian way but later admitted to having to eat flesh. So it was a failure but it made him rich. It’s not like he said he was wrong and gave all the money back or to charity. You can't name any vegan or vegetarians that are professional athletes that don't consume some sort of animal protein, dairy, supplements or otherwise. They don’t exist. I know people who consume fruit and veggies all day long and are simply endurance athletes like runners or bikers. This is the easiest to get by with because the are primarily endurance sports and they’re not pro’s either. But they eat all day long. Sooner or later they’ll crash and/or realize it’s not sustainable. This guy Wolff is another one who espouse all sorts of nonsense to get rich. You know now he’s eating ants or taking ant based tinctures and still claiming he’s a vegan. Why’s he doing that now after proclaiming vegan is the way? See a pattern here, guru starts babbling, writes (or someone did) a book, the faithful go crazy, he makes a lot of money, and now he’s changing his ways.

In most cases, vegan, vegetarianism lifestyles simply are not sustainable, especially for men who cannot prolong testosterone production (muscle) without eating animal protein or animal based supplements, oils, etc.

The point is there are many who have been led to the paleo type of diet and have done all the other diets previously, so they speak from experience. The problem with the diet guru zealot is they almost always are very young, very inexperienced(stupid), want to get rich and/or are fibbing just a wee bit. The fact is how come no one is as healthy as the guru after following their principles? (or as healthy as the guru says he is).

Your comment about how if “America” (I don’t know why it’s always the US) stopped eating meat that somehow the world would stop suffering. Well what would happen if everyone started to eat fruit, do you think there’s enough to go around? Think again, it takes a lot less animal flesh and dairy, etc to sustain someone than it does fruit.
The math doesn’t ring true. I can eat a lot less animal protein (raw) and thrive than I can vegetables. I’ve been there, done that, you eat all day long. So where’s the savings? In the end an individual suffers.

The point is cooking leads to degeneration of the food substance, and ingested causes problems. It is undeniable that eating animal protein raw leads to a much higher state of health than any other method and I’ve done them all. My “first” Water Fast was at 19 years old and it lasted 21 days on distilled water only, the rest shall we say is history.

If you think about it, to cite medical studies regarding health is against the vegan/veggie way, since that community thumbs their nose at the FDA. So if it good for them it’s good for raw paleo. The point is the study is done based on all cooked foods, as are most studies, basically flawed. We get diseases because of the bodies inability to process what we ingest, be it solid or fluid and of course in cooked form. Raw animal flesh is far, far different than it’s cooked counterpart and that goes for dairy.

Good luck.
