Just keep in mind that bad bacteria in your mouth is not always noticeable. It was not until I had a couple of pockets in my mouth(periodontal disease) that the dentist thought I might have more bad bacteria in my mouth. But those pockets can also be caused by grinding teeth at night. And grinding teeth at night is caused by stress.
