well, as far as that supplement goes, I would not count on it to provide you with the recommended amounts of other nutrients. It only contains 15 mcg selenium, for example, and the minimum suggested dosage of selenium is 200mcg. It only contains 15mg B2 and the recommended dosage on that is 100mg 3x per day.
Also, the preferred form of selenium is SeMC or Se-methylselenocysteine:

And then there's the fact that Iodine should be taken away from other supplements.
I understand the desire for simplifying the protocol, but....
