Thanks for your honesty in your post. I feel for you. I have been through a lot myself, and could relate to a lot of what you said. Don't give up! I know it's difficult, but you'll get through it.

I wanted to comment on two things.

I battled within myself for YEARS AND YEARS with this and other questions, trying to "figure it all out", and wondering WHY, when I was doing so many good things to try and achieve physical, mental, and emotional healing, WHY nothing ever really seemed too much better. For whatever it's worth to you, I would like to share that from my experience, I finally came to an understanding that for me, anyways ... and what I would SUGGEST for any other human being, is that the thing that must precede and unlocks the door to potential and true healing in all the areas you mentioned above, is a healthy SPIRITUAL condition. That must be addressed first. For me, that equals aligning my will and my life with God. For me, and even more specifically, with Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, who is THE MASTER HEALER. I am continually learning how to surrender to God on a daily basis, which is difficult for a guy like me, who likes to do things his own way. It is a process, but when I finally realized that my SPIRITUAL condition must be in order first, that's when things really started to change. Any picture of holistic health which does not include the spiritual is simply not a full picture of health. On a side note, seeking specialized counseling as the victim of childhood sexual abuse has played an extremely important part in being able to trust God, and therefore strengthen my spiritual life.

I take an excellent liver product called "LiverCare" by Himalaya Herbal Healthcare. It is internationally known by the name "Liv. 52". Excellent herbal liver support blend in a capsule. Check it out. As far as UltraClear Plus goes, I think it's a good product, except for the fact that although it only claims to have 6 grams of Sugar per serving, it is way to sugary and almost syrupy tasting to be good for candida.

Do you take glutamine? I take large doses of glutamine powder (9 grams once or twice a day), and it really helps to heal my gut, as well as remove the cravings for sugar, and even moreso removes the cravings for alcohol.
