I do. It sucks. I use ZNP bar for the SD and Dermarest Rosacea treatment for the rosacea. It has calmed me down so my face is manageable and I do not really have bad flare ups. My nose and cheeks are always reddish pink though. I am with you in thinking this is an internal problem. I just posted about my findings about riboflavin deficiency and it connection to sd and rosacea. Do some research and let me know what you think.
