Iodine is a vital nutrient that we are all deficient in, witness the fact that Fibro-Cystic Breasts are considered NORMAL by gynecologists. Wrong, FBD is caused by low Iodine levels and high levels of fluoride and bromide in the body.
I've been ingesting 50-100mg Iodine for the past 2 years and I'm not dead. My FBD, is however a thing of the past. I am toxic with bromide and Iodine deficient. Once I become iodinated, I plan to continue with that amount just to make sure fluoride and bromide do not take up residence anywhere in my body.
