The tirdness is the worms themselves dying and the various things they release when they do like bacteria, ammonia etc, not the actual herbs. If you take activated charcoal an hour after the medication (which you can get from health shops) it will absorb these poisons instead of leaving it to your bloodstream. The effect is quite quick! also, take a mild laxative/drink loooads of water as charcoal can make you constipated.
