This person affirms that 'healings' are stopgap measures, and that it is the person's responsiblity to make the needful changes...I like his down-to-earthness.


Check out also, his videos on osteoarthritis and all bone isssues...etc. My mother is considering a hip replacement, and I am looking to inspire her with something simple she can do herself to get that *so precious pain-free time* -which is really what people need most- in order to feel thereby inspired to change her habits and lifestyle factors...
