Im being very supportive. I took my time to offer some relevant, true facts about an important issue. For you to chastise me for doing that actually makes you come across as belligerent. I'm speaking from a scientific background. I've learned how prolonged fasting leads to paradoxical slowing of metabolic rate, and gluconeogenesis happens more. This, unfortunately, is a method of losing weight which time after time has shown to be an ineffective and risky intervention.
