It really bothers me when people offer unwanted advice. This forum is specifically for support. If diet modification work great for you, that's great have at it, share your experiences elsewhere. But fasting has and does work well for other people. It's not starvation when whats going out of your body is unwanted fat and toxins. If you're not going to be supportive, find somewhere else to post your comments.
