theres no argument that it works, its a disinfectant (bleach).Yes, it kills germs.
I get an occasional cold sore too. It will stop spreading and heal while using nothing.
I'm not sure what you did with the mms to stop a bladder infection in one day, I'm not too sure I want to know.:0)

Comparing a cold sore and a bladder infection to the supposed 75000 cured in Africa indicates that you arent fully understanding what Tom is referring to.
