Many herbal remedies and alternative medicines are tested using scientific method, and many with good results. The problem with some of the protocols here on CZ, is that even after being proved wrong, the pushers of these protocols will still insist, beyond reason and logic, that their pseudoscience is correct. This is what give alternative medicine a bad name. On this same website are protocols that do work effectively, but unfortuately these protocols are tarred with the same brush as the nut jobs.


Taking responsibility for your health means doing your research, experimenting if you choose to, but always taking responsibility, even if things go wrong. Don't go trying a protocol on someone else's say so, do your own homework. Self appointed gurus are of no use when it comes to your health, check out the protocol, check out the people promoting the protocol, and be aware of any agendas they may be trying to push along with the protocol. I personally have noticed quite a few gurus trying to push a religious agenda, along with their health protocol.
